SHIPPING
Shipping and delivery timelines for Moon Goon orders will vary. Orders on average pack and ship out between in 2-3 business days (this can vary during the holiday season) and will arrive, on average, in 5-7 days. Orders placed on late Fri-Sun may see longer ship times as the orders will be prepared the following week. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and, in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines.
Delivered - but not received:
Customers must report within 30 days non-receipt of items marked as delivered for orders covered by shipping protection. Orders will be not be covered for replacement or refund if the order is showing delivered by the postal courier to the provided address at time of checkout.
Mis-packed order
- If your item received is wrong or does not match what you purchased, we urge you to contact us immediately through email at: moongoonsyndicate@gmail.com to quickly get your item exchanged and you have up to 30 days to ship back the previous item. For additional assistance with this.
Military
- We ship to all military addresses including APO,FPO,DPO addresses.
Domestic orders/shipping
- Orders on average are packaged to ship 2-3 business days after order received. Your shipping estimated time of arrival does not begin until it’s been handed off to the courier (USPS, UPS, DHL).
- Shipping Estimates of 2-3 day shipping or next day air begin once it’s been handed off to the courier.
- Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
- Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service or any upcoming big sale.
- Free shipping is offered to US orders only when the order value threshold has been met. Military shipping addresses are considered US orders.
International orders/shipping
- Due to the United Kingdom requiring companies outside the UK to be responsible for the duties and taxes, we have chosen to no longer ship to the UK.
- We currently only use DHL for international shipping.
- Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. These are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

Return and Exchange Policy Information
Eligibility & General Policy
- Items purchased directly from moonsoutgoonsout.com (excluding sale and Limited Merch) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the fulfillment date.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, smoke, and deodorant stains/marks, and must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Items showing any signs of use, including being worn, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Extended Return Window
- Purchases made between November 15 and January 15 will have an extended return/exchange window of 60 days from the date of purchase.
Final Sale Items
- All sale items, Vault Sale items, and Limited Merch are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or product swaps (limited to 1 exchange per order).
- Please ship back your original item within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
- New exchange orders will ship out once the previous item has been placed into shipment using the label provided.
Returns for Refund
- Returns for a refund will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund total.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are directly paid to the shipping carrier.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work quickly to correct the issue and provide you with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
- We offer a 30-day product warranty on every item purchased.

- Please allow 1 week from the time your return or exchange is received for processing. Processing times vary depending on return volume.
